Many people are trying to lose weight but only a few of them succeed in the end. Why? It's easy, they start exercising, but when the results are not visible immediately.

Look, we are what our thoughts have made us. If you are in a rush and trying to lose a few pounds but are constantly saying that I am not losing weight then no surprise for you. With exercise you have to visualize your overall weight, remember that it should be the exact number you have in mind. Imagine that you have lost those extra pounds from thighs and stomach and the most important thing is to feel happy. When you are happy you can draw anything.
Exercise: Exercise is important for the whole body and mind. But not everyone understood that concept. Start doing some aerobic exercises at home like jumping, jumping rope, push ups, planks and more. These exercises will keep you healthy and reduce excess fat. Remember to exercise daily for maximum benefits.
Running: Running is the best exercise for all those who want to lose weight. Running prolongs your life and keeps your heart healthy and strong. If you go for jogging daily then it will be great.
Drink some herbal tea. Herbal tea helps a lot. They are refreshing and overall beneficial. Teas like green tea and black tea will help you reduce belly fat.
Hot water: Hot water can help in weight loss by burning calories. Drink 3-4 glasses of warm water every day not only to lose weight but also for your skin and better digestive system.
Laugh a lot: Always be happy and reduce stress as much as you can. Enjoy every moment of your life and laugh a lot.
