If you want to makes your bones strong and make your butt bigger then you should definitely do squats. Squats one of the best strength training exercise and if you go to gym your trainer will definitely ask you to do them. 


Squats are easy to do and does not required any equipment, and you can do them anywhere that makes it my favorite strength building exercise. Adding squats in your daily training session will help you in intense workout, but it's really crucial to do them correctly to prevent any subsequent injury. 


People usually do squats for their legs but it's different just work for legs but also advantageous for your entire body. If you haven't tried them yet then you are missing a good compound exercise. Squats trained a lot of muscle groups such as quadriceps and hamstrings.


The benefits of it are worth trying and within some minutes you can take care of your whole body and mind.

Some gym trainers advocate squat add one of the best strength training exercise for building muscle and strength. 


Others, however claim that it is associated with some injuries to the lumber spine and knees. The problem arrives when a person do incomplete squat and not with a complete squat. As you know, it's better to know nothing than incomplete knowledge.

Stand with your feet slightly apart with shoulders relaxed and then bend as if you are going to sit down but stop. Remember to down till your butt teacher lower to your knees. when your thighs reach parallel to the floor, stop. Then came back up and start again.

Squatting regularly can be very beneficial for your overall being from losing weight to strengthen muscles and bones.

Squats help to increase muscle growth throughout the body, and not only on the legs. This intense exercise triggers testosterone (essential for bone mass, and muscle mass) and HGH (human growth hormone). Squats improves the strength of the both your and lower body.

Normal intensity Squats helps you to burn more calories faster. Squatting 1 minute burn 8 calories and running on tredmill for the same time burn somewhere between 5 to 8 depending on your speed.

It will give your body the perfect desired shape.
